What to Know About Registration

By submitting this form, I certify that the information below is true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge. Any omission or false statement may result in dismissal from AMSA or revocation of a certificate earned. There is no obligation to pay until you decide to start your training.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Any applicant with a high school diploma is eligible to apply*.

*Note: All applicants whose first (native) language is not English must meet an English language proficiency requirement to qualify for admission. The test will be e-mailed to you upon request.

When you are ready to enroll in a program, simply complete the student online application form.

As soon as you are admitted, you will receive your Student ID Number and payment instruction.

You soon as you are admitted, and all fees are paid, you will receive access to the e-Learning website where you can have access to learning materials and exams.

You have up to one year to complete the course.  

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

Each session includes the accounting theory, a QuickBooks exercise, and an exam.

 

You will need to take an exam at the end of each session. All exams are administered online and are open book and open notes. The results will be available as soon as the test is submitted. The passing grade is 70%.

  

As soon as you pass the exam, you will gain access to the next session. New course material will follow as you complete your exams so that you will always have learning materials to continue moving forward.

 

Your examinations and projects will be graded on the following scale:

   92-100 - A - Excellent

   81-91 - B - Good

   75-80 - C - Average

   70-74 - D - Passing

   Below 70 - F - Failing

An overall average of 70% or above is required to graduate and earn a Certificate.

TUITION AND FEES

The price for the Computerized Accounting with QuickBooks is $950.00 ($900 tuition + $50.00 non-refundable registration fee).

Pay tuition monthly in 3 installments, $300 each. A non-refundable registration fee is due with the first payment. All learning materials are included.

Prepay and receive a $100 discount.

Refunds: You will have 7 days from the day you received access to the eLearning website to decide whether this course is right for you.

 

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can drop the course and request a refund by the end of the 7th day. A refund will be issued within 30 days in the same payment method as the original payment. The $50 registration fee is not refundable.

We accept US checks, money orders, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
